im getting one pretty soon just waiting for it to come in the mail. always heard credit cards are bad. but its only bad if you dont know how to use them. duh! you gota spend what you have. and not spend for stuff that you just want becuase your able to buy it. thats how you mess up your credit duh. college kids out there with credit cards: only use it for emergencies and buy stuff only if you can pay it off in a month, you have the cash for it in your bank account or else you end up paying almost double for something you bought. credit is good build it, just be smart with it. being smart with the card will pay off in the future.
like me for example im gonna use my card to buy my books i have the money for them, but ill use my credit card to start building my credit.
if its your first card, then be prepared to pay a lot in APR. APR is s different way of saying your interest rate. if its your first its going to be high. but don't be alarmed! it will go down if you use it correctly.
to recap:
1)use the credit card to buy something when you have the money for it in the bank.
2)buy what you can afford
3) pay the whole bill as soon as possible or else you'll end up paying interest.
4)read the fine print before you sign for the card with where ever you're getting it at
